the most amazing magic trick ever

Seriously? I mean…really? The most amazing magic trick ever?

Let’s look at this from the viewpoint of the “guy across the table at the restaurant.” You freely drop the aces on the table. You then do something weird on the deck, then you pick the aces back up, put them on top of the deck, square them, then take them off the deck and put them on the table again.And then rearrange the aces.

This makes NO SENSE – unless you’re doing  “something fishy.”

You also do A LOT OF WORK to find that 3 of spades.Your double lift get-ready looks bad, it broadcasts the method. Your double lifts look very heavy. In fact, in your hands, the deck looks like it weighs about 4 pounds.

Furthermore, even if you HAD executed this perfectly, even if your double lifts were good, and even if your techno music didn’t give me a headache…barring all of that, it still wasn’t the most amazing magic trick ever…

Seriously? The end? You do a half-ass trick and then throw the card down like you’re a bad-ass? Seriously?

Rating: Two milks. I’m almost thankful there was no patter. Bad-asses need milk, too.
